Healthy lunches don't have to be all greens and veggies! If your kiddo refuses to eat anything green, you can still pack a nutritious lunch:

  • PB&J for protein - use a nut butter substitute like Sun Butter if your kid's school doesn't allow nuts
  • Strawberries - vitamin C
  • Carrot sticks - vitamin K
  • Yogurt - probiotics and extra protein
  • Rice crackers or other crunchy snack they love - a "safe" and fun food you know they'll enjoy!
